KIWICHA


The kiwicha grain has a content of calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, zinc, vitamin E and vitamin B complex. Its fiber, compared to wheat and other cereals, is very fine and soft. It contains 15 to 18% protein, while corn only reaches 10%. On the other hand, the seeds contain a high value of amino acids such as lysine.
